Sherri was our real estate agent for our Edmonton purchase. Both my husband and I were raised in Edmonton but have lived out of the city for 13 years. The city of Edmonton had grown so much since we both lived here. We both felt it was important to find a real estate agent who would be honest and knew the city. When we decided to buy our first home, we thought we were going to take on our home search ourselves. We saw one house with an awful realtor who was very uninterested in us and what we wanted. After that, we went to an open house and happened to meet Sherri! Right away, we loved her and asked her to be our realtor and help us find our first home. She is amazing. She really cares about what you want and can afford. She helps you see things with a longterm view and is so incredibly helpful with all aspects of buying a house. We bought during COVID so our mortgage broker and lawyer were very hands off and didn't explain much.
